How can i pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, E-tranfers, cheques, and online banking (at select banks).
Can I do auto-pay?
Invoices can be paid automatically through Visa or Mastercard on the 1st or 15th of every month.
What is the difference between resetting and rebooting my router?
Rebooting involves unplugging the router from the power source. Best practice would be to unplug for 3-5 minutes then plugging back in.
Resetting involves putting the router back to factory settings by pressing the reset button. This will delete any current settings that the router has and should only be done in special situations.
Router care.
We recommend rebooting your router every 1-2 weeks for general maintenance. Like your computer, your router can benefit from rebooting to keep it running smoothly.
Where can i find info on outages in the area?
Occasionally there are internet outages related to upgrades, power outages, or other factors. Check our Facebook page for the latest updates. Planned outages are posted in advance and unplanned outages are updated as we get more information

Do i pay for service calls or upgrades?
Service calls and upgrades are free, except in the case of equipment damage on the part of the customer (ie. cord was cut, the dog ate it, etc.)
